18:00 – Welcome Reception, Registration, Refreshments & Mingling.

Part A – Gathering & Opening Remarks:

  • Event hosted by OK Connect.

  • Opening remarks from sponsors, 5-7 minutes per sponsor – presenting their vision and the value they bring to the industry.

Part B – Connect Stations:

  • Sponsors will be divided into dedicated offices, with approximately 10 startups hosted in each office.

  • At each "station," sponsors will present their services and provide added value to attendees for about ten minutes per station. This is an excellent opportunity for personal and focused connections.

Part C – Open Mingling:

  • An opportunity to continue conversations, expand your professional network, and forge new connections freely.

 

20:00 – Conclusion & Summary: Closing remarks and an invitation for continued collaboration.

20:15 (possibly until 20:30) – Event Conclusion & Departure.
